A corporate event on a boat swaps the hotel conference room for a private deck at sea. The venue is entirely yours for the day: no neighbouring function, no shared lobby, just your team, a captain and a route through sheltered bays. A morning meeting at anchor, a swim stop, lunch on deck and a slow cruise back gives a team more genuine connection than most staged team-building formats, because the setting does the work.
We are a TURSAB-licensed agency based in Gocek, we run catered day programmes, and we issue corporate invoices, so quotes, confirmations and paperwork fit a normal procurement process. Gocek and Fethiye host most of our corporate departures, and Bodrum or Marmaris can be arranged on request. Dalaman Airport is about 25 minutes from Gocek, close enough that even a same-day team trip from Istanbul is workable.
Event Formats That Work at Sea
- Team day: a light agenda, plenty of swimming and a long lunch. The go-to format for remote teams meeting in person or a season wrap-up.
- Client and partner hosting: host dealers or key clients on deck rather than in a hotel lobby. A relaxed, meal-centred programme where the hospitality itself is the message.
- Company celebration: year-end, a hit target or an anniversary, ideally with a sunset finish. If the evening is dinner-led, see our dinner on a boat programmes.
- Strategy day: a focused session for a leadership team on a small, quiet boat. A morning meeting block at anchor, then an open afternoon, with phones staying in bags without anyone being told.
How the Day Runs
A standard trip runs from about 10:00 to 18:00. A typical corporate day from Gocek: board at 10:00, anchor in a first bay for a 60 to 90 minute meeting block, swim, then lunch on deck around 13:30. The afternoon brings a second bay, free time and an optional short session before the cruise home. The schedule is flexible: half-day and sunset formats are available, and a meeting-free purely social day is just as common. For the general shape of a private day trip, see our daily yacht charter page.
Choosing the Boat for Your Team Size
- 4 to 10 guests: a compact motor yacht or small day boat, well suited to leadership groups.
- 10 to 12 guests: a classic day tour boat; capacity in this class is usually 10 to 12.
- Larger teams: a gulet or large motor yacht with a big dining table and generous deck space.
- Big company events: a convoy of several boats departing together, cruising the same route and meeting up at every swim stop and for lunch.

Catering, Drinks and Equipment
We arrange catered day programmes; food service is included on some boats and priced separately on others, and your quote lists it item by item. Dietary requirements are built into the menu when you share the guest list. Drinks and alcohol policies vary by boat, and an alcohol-free set-up is possible where company policy requires it; the rule for your boat is confirmed in writing. Most boats have a sound system for speeches or music; if you need presentation equipment, tell us at booking and we confirm what your chosen boat can offer.
Budget and Corporate Invoicing
Crewed day boats start from roughly 300 to 700 Euros, and motor yachts typically run 800 to 2,500 Euros per day, always priced per boat, not per person. Within capacity, headcount does not change the charter fee, so the per-person cost falls as the team grows. As a TURSAB-licensed agency we issue invoices to your company details and provide the written quotes and confirmations your procurement process needs. If one day is not enough, a multi-day offsite with the team sleeping on board follows the same corporate process; see weekly yacht charter for how liveaboard programmes work.
Planning Steps
- Send your date, departure area, headcount and event format.
- We reply with two or three suitable boats, catering and transfer options, priced item by item; for large groups we plan the convoy split with you.
- A written quote and your invoicing details confirm the booking.
- Before the event we run through the schedule, catering and any equipment needs one last time; on the day, your captain welcomes the team at the harbour and we remain your single point of contact.
The captain watches the weather throughout; if the sea picks up, the route shifts to sheltered bays, and on the rare day a trip cannot run, we reschedule together.
