For crewed charters, the boat, equipment, insurance and standard crew fees are included. Exclusions typically are fuel, food & beverages, marina/mooring fees, optional water toys and gratuities. Your quote lists all items clearly.
Typically a 30–50% deposit confirms the reservation; the balance is due before check-in. We offer bank transfer and selected card options. Currency and schedule are specified in the contract.
Terms vary by owner. Early cancellations may allow partial refund of the deposit, while peak-season deductions can be higher. For safety-related weather issues, we try to offer flexible alternatives.
Gulets and sailing/catamarans are commonly weekly. Gulets may offer 3–6 day charters exceptionally. Motor yachts are usually 4–5 days; 2–3 days may be possible depending on availability.
June–September is peak season. May and October are calmer and great for value. April and November are variable; routes can be adjusted accordingly.
Mostly Göcek and Fethiye; Bodrum and Marmaris are also options. Depending on availability we can consider Kaş, Datça, Selimiye and Orhaniye.

Storage is limited; use soft, collapsible bags instead of hard suitcases. Bring plenty of swimwear, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and a light jacket for cooler evenings.
To protect decks and for cleanliness, boats are usually barefoot or with clean, soft-soled boat shoes. Outdoor shoes are not worn on board.
Yes. There are always enough life jackets on board. Captains choose safe, shallow bays for swimming. Please inform us beforehand.
Depends on yacht size. Typically Captain, Chef and Deckhand. The captain handles navigation/safety, the chef the galley, and the deckhand service, cleaning and deck operations.
